The Electric Love Festival transforms the Salzburgring into a vibrant hub of entertainment every July, with over 200 artists and 180,000 visitors. The main stage, equipped with cutting-edge technology such as 2000 lighting fixtures, sets new standards in stage design.
Challenges and Planning
The construction of the main stage, a logistical masterpiece made of 200 tons of steel and featuring a design that is 76 meters wide and 26 meters tall, presents significant challenges in planning and execution. In just 10 days, about 150 people had to be coordinated to integrate decorations, lighting, LED walls, and audio elements. A special feature this year is the revolutionary decoration concept, which involves the reuse of approximately 800 custom-designed wooden decorative elements. This not only creates a unique organic look but also promotes sustainability. Precise technical and logistical planning was essential to ensure the impressive production was completed on time and flawlessly.
